Since 1994, Ruffwear has always done things a little differently. We're driven by our shared passion for the canine-human connection. We're proudly self-funded, and by managing our business with thoughtfulness and intention, and reinvesting our profits, we have the freedom to pursue purpose rather than profit, to innovate, and to seek continuous improvement in everything we do. We are an adventurous and curious group. We’re self-reliant, but we’re also collaborative. We push the boundaries, but we don’t take unnecessary risks. We believe in honesty, transparency, and integrity, and we honor each other’s hard work by offering gratitude and respectful feedback. We treat each other like family with support and trust. And we have fun. We go skiing together – and rafting, and camping, and hiking. We gather around the breakfast table, toasting coffee and OJ, and meet for beers after work. We take our dogs to the dog park, and when we need a laugh, we let them run off leash in the office. We’re passionate, and we love what we do. Sometimes we cry tears of joy or frustration together – we might be a little sensitive, but hey, we’re dog people.
