*Free Shipping Exclusions: Due to size and weight, some items are ineligible for free shipping and carry a surcharge, including but not limited to boats, snowboards, and other large items. These items will have a note on the product page. FREE Shipping applies for purchase totals of $99 and over that are shipped within the lower 48 states.
BOATING SHIPPING POLICY: We offer courier shipping with first-to-final-mile delivery, which means that your boat will stay on one truck and will not change hands from our door to your door. After you place your order, we will contact you with cost and delivery estimates for both options and you can choose the one that works best for you. We ask that you inspect your boat for any shipping damage prior to signing for and accepting the delivery. Due to the difficulty in finding a carrier for certain destinations and the cost to get the boats there, we have elected to restrict our typical shipping options to east of the Mississippi River. If you are outside of that area and are interested in a boat, please contact us via phone or email to discuss options, and we'll do our best to find a shipper for your boat.
+Expedited Shipping: These are estimates only - currently we offer expedited shipping on a case-by-case basis for phone orders only; we will obtain a shipping estimate and bill you for the shipping cost.
Using In-Store Pickup?
- When you place your order online, please tell us the name of the person who will be picking up your order from the store.
- Your order should be available for pick up Monday –Friday between 10 am and 5 pm, 24 hours after the order date. Custom orders, please allow three day production time before pick up. If the times are inconvenient call us and we will try and make other arrangements.
- You must pick up your order from the store within 45 days of placing your order online. Orders that have not been claimed after 45 days will be automatically returned less a 10% restocking fee.
- Same day pick up MAY be available. Please contact customer service Monday- Friday 10am to 4 pm to inquire for availability.
- Please have a copy of your order receipt and valid identification at the time of pick up.

In-Store Pickup: December 22nd at 12pm to be picked up 12/24. Please note we will close at 4pm on Christmas Eve to give our employees time with their families.
*Due to the logistics required to ship boats (kayaks, canoes, row boats, paddleboards) these deadlines are not enough time to ensure delivery before Christmas. If you are planning to gift a loved one a boat, please plan at least a month for us to find a courier to deliver your boat.
Please note: Kenco determines the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), UPS or FedEx. Shipping charges may be subject to sales tax depending on the tax laws of the state the order is being shipped to.
Orders Placed by 12 Noon (Eastern) Tuesday - Friday we make every effort to ship same day. Orders placed Saturday-Monday, or after noon, will, barring extraordinary circumstances, ship by the next business day. Orders of boats (kayaks, canoes, row boats, paddleboards) excluded.

Please note: Kenco is not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses, undeliverable addresses, or stolen packages. Please take care to enter your desired delivery address correctly. Returned undeliverable packages will be refunded minus our shipping cost.
