Creative Angler was established in 1977 by Jack and Shaune Troutman. The company was at a peak in the mid 90's when the movie "The River Runs Through It" hit the theaters. It was very well known for it's Fly Tying Tools, Materials and Fly Tying Kits. Creative Angler is based on supplying great product at an affordable price.
