What is a Bow Demo Day?

Bow Demo Day is a day to come into the store and test out as many of the bows we have in store that you'd like. Take a few test shots in the range and get a feel for each bow you're curious about, then chat with our archery shop staff and brand reps. 

Bows are a big investment, so it's important to evaluate your options. You want to know how a bow feels in your hands, how smooth the draw is, how balanced it is in your hand, and how steady you can hold it while you're taking aim. Testing a bow before you buy it is a great way to make sure you're happy with it, long-term. 

Our first Bow Demo Day is Saturday, March 22nd, 2025 from 11am to 5pm. 

How is Bow Demo Day Different?

While it's true that you can come in and test a bow in our range anytime it's free, and our archery pros are here to guide you on a normal day, on Bow Demo Day we're offering extra perks. 

Everyone who tries a bow will get a free t-shirt, designed by store manager Wynter Kennedy and printed in-house by our screenprinter, Eddie. 

If you fall in love with a bow and buy it on a Bow Demo Day, we're giving a 10% discount on the accessories to get you ready to hunt - sights, quivers, stabilizers, releases, etc., plus 6 FREE arrows, courtesy of Altra Arrows. 

And just for showing up, you can enter the raffle for a prize package worth over $200 featuring a Morrell High Roller Squared target, a rugged backpack, broadheads, range time to practice and sight in your new bow, and more!

Do I Need to RSVP?

No! We're kicking off at 11am and going till 5pm. Get here early to avoid waiting - and also, we only ordered 5 shirts in each size so get 'em while they're hot. They're real nice, if we do say so ourselves. 

Can I really try ANY Bow?

Yep! We have compounds, recurves, and crossbows, and an indoor range with a brand new target wall. The only bows you can't try are the ones that belong to other people.

Will you set my bow up?

We sure will! We have an awesome team of archery staff who will get your bow set up, tuned up, and ready for use. We're a full service archery shop.
